We want to keep you in the know!
- Shipping - Modern Quilt Co. ships in-stock items within 1-3 days of receiving your order. If you haven’t received a shipping notice, search your email by typing info@modernquiltco.com into your email search bar.
- Mixed Cart - ordering pre-order/special order items and in-stock items together in one order is considered a Mixed Cart. MQC will ship the in-stock items and send you an invoice for shipping the pre-order items when they come in. We simply do not have the space to hold onto orders. If you would like to avoid this, order in-stock and pre-order items in separate orders. *This also applies if your order qualified for Free Shipping.
- Order Cancellations - MQC charges a 20% fee for cancellations to recover any and all costs incurred when you placed your order. If you would like to avoid this fee, we can send you a gift card for your full order value.
- Choosing the Correct Shipping Package - If you are not sure if your items will fit in a Padded Flat Rate envelope, choose shipping by weight. We will refund any unused shipping fees.
