In Panel Mash-Up, Gudrun and Doug bring their unique design visions together to create a quilting book that celebrates both diversity and creativity, working with pre-printed panels. Drawing inspiration from musical collaborations, each quilt is named after one of their favorite songs, blending their traditional and modern design styles into a harmonious collection for quick to make projects. Although their design and writing approaches differ, their friendship and shared passion for quilting unite them, resulting in a variety of projects that reflect their individual voices. Gudrun and Doug each wrote their patterns in their signature styles, offering distinct perspectives on construction and the optional use of their respective tool creations, Stripology and Simply Folded Corners rulers.
