Sale Items & Special Orders are Non-Refundable.
We do not accept refunds on Sale Items or Special Orders.
Damaged Items
If an item in your order is damaged, missing or just plain wrong, contact us at info@ModernQuiltCo.com immediately so we can make it right. Please don't delay, if you notify us after 30 days of receiving the item we will not be able to replace, re-ship or refund.
Returns of products with Manufacturer Warranties: If you’ve purchased a product that came with a Manufacturer Warranty please follow the instructions included with your product warranty for details on how to proceed for repair or replacement. We are unable to accept returns of damaged or malfunctioning warrantied products.
