We strive to achieve ultimate happiness with our in-house photography, photos from the manufactures as well as professional videos and look-books when available. Therefore, we will not be providing any returns based on color, feel, texture or style. If you feel you need a bit more information on a product prior to ordering, contact me and I'll try my best to get you more information.
Sale items and pre-orders are non-refundable. Reservation fees for pre-order items will be applied to the balance due on the items ordered prior to shipping.
Due to copyright laws, patterns and books may not be returned.
Sometimes things happen...
If an item in your order is damaged, missing or just plain wrong, contact us immediately so we can make it right. Please don't delay, if you notifiy us after 30 days of receiving the item we will not be able to replace, re-ship or refund.
All returns must be unopened, in original condition/packaging and free of any odor/smoke smell. Items that do not meet the aforementioned criteria will not be exchanged, replaced or refunded.
Refunds will be issued once we receive the items. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Returns of products with Manufacturer Warranties: If you’ve purchased a product that came with a Manufacturer Warranty please follow the instructions included with your product warranty for details on how to proceed for repair or replacement. We are unable to accept returns of damaged or malfunctioning warrantied products.
