Refund policy

You may return unopened fabric bundles, kits & notions within 30 days of purchase.  Please keep in mind for Cash/Credit Card/PayPal refunds there is a 20% restocking fee.  You can avoid the fee if you accept a gift card to Modern Quilt Co. for a future purchase.  Shipping costs associated with returns will be paid by the purchaser.  

**Cut fabric of any kind is non refundable

**All returns must be unopened, in original condition/packaging and free of any odor/smoke smell.  Items that do not meet the aforementioned criteria will not be exchanged, replaced or refunded.  Due to copyright laws, patterns and books may not be returned.

**Refunds will be issued once we receive the items. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Sale Items & Special Orders are Non-Refundable. 

We do not accept refunds on Sale Items or Special Orders.

Damaged Items

If an item in your order is damaged, missing or just plain wrong, contact us on our Chat Box immediately so we can make it right. Please don't delay, if you notify us after 30 days of receiving the item we will not be able to replace, re-ship or refund.

Returns of products with Manufacturer Warranties: If you’ve purchased a product that came with a Manufacturer Warranty please follow the instructions included with your product warranty for details on how to proceed for repair or replacement.  We are unable to accept returns of damaged or malfunctioning warrantied products.
