Cancellation policy

Order Cancellations 

MQC charges a 20% fee for cancellations to recover any and all costs incurred when you placed your order.  If you would like to avoid this fee, we can send you a gift card for your full order value.  Return shipping postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. 

 
Preorders 

We order products based on preorder sales and since these lines are limited we are unable to cancel these orders. 

Special Orders 

When you purchase a Special Order item, we order this item into our shop for you. Shipping times will vary due to vendor availability.  Do not order Special Order items if you are in a hurry to receive these items.  Payment is collected in full amount at checkout. Special order items are non-refundable.
