Meet Cori Dantini, one of the imaginative designer behind FreeSpirit Fabrics collections. While she dreams of gallivanting across the globe in vintage skirts and boots like her whimsical paper characters, you'll find her firmly planted in her Pullman, Washington studio—a delightful chaos of ink splatters, glue smudges, and paper scraps clinging to her slippers. Armed with a BFA in painting and decades of creative experimentation across every medium imaginable, Cori has developed a signature approach that layers materials with language to create visual poetry. She never starts with a predetermined message; instead, she lets her process guide the way, discovering meaning through intuitive exploration. Powered by coffee, muffins, and an inexplicable love of black licorice, Cori crafts designs meant to spark those magical "aha" moments that enrich everyday life.
