Pattern Booklet. Is there anything more cozy then a sweater? This monochromatic quilt embodies all the beauty of knitting that you would find on a Scandinavian or Aran Sweater. The center is a Saxon Braid flanked by twist braids and fair isle stars. The twist braid is constructed using Foundation Paper Piecing. The simplicity of this block construction using minimal FPP work wonderfully to introduce traditional piecers to Foundation Paper Piecing. A monochromatic or two-color quilt in this pattern are equally lovely. This quilt finishes 60" X72". Techniques Used - Traditional Piecing and Foundation Paper Piecing.
